Managing workspaces

A workspace is the core concept for resource isolation and access control in Neutree.

  • Clusters, model registries, model catalogs, container registries, engines, and endpoints are each limited to a single workspace, ensuring resource isolation.
  • Users are added to specific workspaces and assigned roles. Users can only view and operate resources within the workspaces they have joined, controlling access and operation permissions for different users or teams.

Neutree automatically creates a default workspace named default. For single-user or small-scale use cases, the default workspace is sufficient.

  1. Log in to the Neutree management interface, click Workspaces in the left menu, then click Create on the right.
  2. Enter the Name for the workspace. The name cannot be edited after the workspace is created.
  3. After confirming the name, click Save to complete creation.

Log in to the Neutree management interface and click Workspaces in the left menu. The workspace list on the right shows all current workspaces. Click a workspace name to view details, including the users who have joined the workspace and their roles.

You can delete one or more workspaces at a time.

  1. Log in to the Neutree management interface, click the menu icon () in the workspace list or details page, and select Delete; or select multiple workspaces in the list and click Delete above the list.
  2. In the dialog that appears, confirm and click Delete. The selected workspaces will be permanently deleted.
