Updating the license

Neutree offers two license types: Trial and Subscription.

License typeDescription
TrialThe license type after initial installation. After expiration, only importing a license and deleting resources in Neutree are allowed. You can upgrade to a subscription license as needed.
SubscriptionThe license type that you can choose a subscription period as needed for more flexibility. After expiration, only importing a license and deleting resources in Neutree are allowed.

Steps

  1. Log in to the Neutree management interface and click License in the left menu.
  2. In the License Code input box under Update License, enter the license code.
  3. Click outside the input box to load the new license information.
  4. After confirming the information, click Update License to complete the update.
